a)
Diplomat (NS) and within the first ten years of acquiring his first
professional neurosurgical qualification.
b)
A
medical graduate with a postgraduate qualification in general
surgery e.g., FCPS (Gen Surg), FRCS, AFRCS, MRCS who has entered
training in neurosurgery by registering for a neurosurgical
postgraduate examination like FCPS (Neurosurgery), MS (Neurosurgery)
or a CCST in neurosurgery.
c)
A
medical graduate with a postgraduate qualification in general
surgery e.g., FCPS (Gen Surg), FRCS with a minimum of three years
and a maximum of ten years experience in neurosurgery.
d)
A
medical graduate with a postgraduate qualification in general
surgery e.g., FCPS (Gen Surg), FRCS with a minimum of three years
and a maximum of ten years experience in neurosurgery.
e)
A
medical graduate who has completed the training requirement for FCPS
in neurosurgery, whose dissertation has been approved and accepted
and who is now eligible to appear in FCPS (part II) neurosurgery
examination.
f)
A
medical graduate who has completed the training requirement for MS
in neurosurgery, whose thesis has been accepted and who is now
eligible to appear in MS neurosurgery examination.
Article IV
MEMBERSHIP FEE / ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
As yet, there is no
Membership Fee or Annual Subscription charges for membership of the
Forum. The Executive Committee, at a later stage, may, however,
decide to introduce these or any other charges after obtaining
approval by a 2/3rd majority vote of the General Body.
Article V GENERAL BODY
The General Body
will comprise of all the members of the Society.
a)
Those
members of the General Body who were present at and registered for
the Inaugural Meeting of the Young Neurosurgeons Forum, Pakistan
were declared Founder Members.
b)
All
those who joined thereafter and who shall join in the future, shall
be the Regular Members.
c)
There
are no Honorary Members or Associate Members so far but can be
inducted in the future if the General Body so decides to do.
